Your wine party will be stunning with these decor ideas I have used for my past parties. Let's start with outdoor decorations, that could also be used indoors:

Marque letters:

I'm sure you've seen these light up letters around your town at events. Most cities have local businesses that rent them out. The business I used was Aplha-Lit. They delivered and installed them which was so easy. They are super sturdy and worked perfectly for my last blind wine tasting party!

If you don't have any local vendors, you can just purchase some cardboard ones on Amazon. I would just make sure they are secured if the party is outside.

I added hanging flowers to the lanai above the sign. I used similar ones to these on Amazon. You can change the colors or even just add flowers on the ground around the letters.

Wine Barrels:

I know these are technically wine barrels, but they look like them :) Many wedding party vendors have these whiskey barrels available to rent. You can fancy them up by adding flowers. Here is a video of how I made the arrangements in the photo. Add some lanterns, and you have a perfect photo opp for your wine party!

Floating Letters

If you have a pool, floating letters are such a fun way to decorate for your outdoor party! I purchased these from Etsy and then covered them in gold leather sheets. Here is a video of how to make your own!

Fall decorations:

For a few years my decorations were inspired by fall. Since fall is "crush" or harvest season for Napa, it's only fitting! Place mums, pumpkins and corn stalks around. Then add some lanterns and you're done!

Wine crates:

Wine crates will have so many uses for your wine party, not only do they make great gift baskets but they are also amazing to decorate with. In the past I have used them as risers to display food, or just as decorations for my grazing table. You can find these at your local liquor stores. Just as the employees if you can have them or buy them. Total Wine and Spirits will sell them to you for about $5 each. You can also try FB Marketplace!

Add some flowers, faux grapes, greenery (vines are great) and candles. Now you have the perfect wine party display!

Wine bottle flower arrangement

You may have seen the video going around on how to make these. All you need is a bouquet of flowers, floral foam (the kind you soak) and a pretty wine bottle. Soak the foam so it absorbs some water, then insert your flowers all around the foam. Once your done push the foam onto the bottle. You may need to make sure the foam isn't dripping water. If it is, place on a paper towel and let it soak up some of the water before placing it back on the bottle. Then display your awesome centerpiece!
