A Quick Guide To Hosting A Super Bowl Party

A great reason to host a party is the Super Bowl. Super Bowl LVIII is almost here so now is the time to start planning for an epic Super Bowl party! Be the best 12th man you can be by adding these ideas to your party:

Oreo Truffle Footballs: Last Superbowl our team was playing so I made these Chiefs colored footballs. You can change them to your team colors. They make an adorable addition to your tailgating spread at your Super Bowl Party! If you don't want specific team colors you can always use milk chocolate and white chocolate for the laces. Super Bowl Parties always need WINGS! I love wings, especially if they are crispy. The nice things about baking your own, is you can make them as crispy as you want. Costco has some great wings that you can just pop in the over for 40 minutes, baste with your favorite sauce, then bake for an additional 20 minutes. Just add some ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping and voila! (I’m all about the easy food prep!)
Party Cheese Ball: This cheese ball has amazing flavor. I could eat the whole thing, LOL! Add a little extra worcestershire sauce for more flavor. Then shape into a football and add sliced cheese on the top like the photo. Recipe found here.
Team themed cookies. Another treat to have is team themed cookies, these can also be used as decor! Contact a local bakery or independent cookie artist on FB Marketplace. Last year we had custom Chiefs cookies made for our party!
Team cupcakes. Not into cookies? These Super Bowl ring cupcake toppers are legit. Feel like a winner with this set of 24 rings on Amazon for $14.

Super Bowl Cups: These 16oz football themed cups are a great catch! The great thing about these is that they are not team specific so you can save whatever is left for next the Super Bowl party! Pack of 72 at Amazon for only $16.99
Team Specific Plates & Napkins: The reason I like to do team specific plates is because you can set them both out with a sign that says, “Pick Your Team”. It’s a fun way to see to who is rooting for which team! As you see here in this photo, Eagles were the team most wanted to win.! You can get these at Party City $4.50 for 18ct.
It’s Game Time: How cool is this game? Since us fans can’t win a Super Bowl ring, maybe we can win a ribbon! Or you can even buy some larger prizes to sweeten the pot!
Post the large game sheet on the wall where everyone can see it. Participants mark the boxes with their initials, then the numbers are randomly assigned along the grid. Whoever has the square with the correct score at the end of each quarter wins! Award ribbons are included to hand out to 1st quarter, halftime, 3rd quarter, and final score winners.
